Many times in our lives we are driven by the pain of past events which can sometimes lead us to feel and believe that we have lost our way. Yet, the truth is that we can live within a new paradigm! How are you showing up for yourself today? I have worked with youth and adults in a variety of capacities as well as prenatal and postnatal care. Much of my experience has been working alongside those who are faced with issues of anger, general and acute stress, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I have a deep understanding of the nuances of trauma and generational trauma & sociocultural contexts and constructs (racism, sexism, xenophobia).
With over 10 years as a clinician, counselor, and Reiki master, I am a guide and companion along your unique path to reconnecting with yourself and the world around you. I use integrative practices that are client-centered, emphasizing mindfulness and holistic wellness. I have worked with youth and adults in a variety of capacities.
