We are a small group practice that prioritizes whole person care and believes that a positive therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in your healing process. Some of our specialty areas include therapy for: OCD and related anxiety disorders; trauma/ PTSD; child and adolescent mental health; women's issues; and family or other relationship issues.

We believe in an integrative and holistic approach to mental health care. We are trained in various evidence-based therapies (i.e. CBT, ERP, EMDR); as well as experienced in additional complementary approaches including mindfulness practices, therapeutic art, and play therapy.

Licensed therapists: $150 p/ session; Associate therapists $100-120 p/ session. Our licensed therapist can accept some insurance plans. We can provide superbills for our out-of-network clients. We can also assist with FSA reimbursement.
