I am a licensed therapist with experience working with children and adults in an array of clinical settings. I take these broad experiences, and utilize them while working with both teens and adults. I believe therapy is a collaborative practice where we can work together to reach your specific goals. I work to create a safe environment for you to explore concerns, increase stability, and find balance. I often utilize behavioral approaches and interventions and stress the link between mental and physical health.
I have specialized training and experience in psychological testing and assessments. These evaluations can be used to clarify diagnosis, assess for learning concerns, or ADHD. I also have specific training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which centers on helping clients learn to regulate emotions, manage anxiety and distress, and curb intense behaviors.
