Some common concerns I help my clients address include autism, attention deficient hyperactivity disorder, anger management, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My area of specialty is play therapy. It works with anyone who may be reluctant or unable to communicate what they are thinking or feeling verbally.
Because we are all unique, we may not fit with a specific therapeutic technique. This is why I see individuals through a holistic lens. My approach is client-centered, which means that the therapy focuses on what works for the person. There are many evidence-based practices to integrate within this approach such as CBT, DBT, Adlerian, and mindfulness.
