Much of my work is with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, past and present trauma, conflict resolution, sexual and physical abuse, and self-esteem issues. I am trained in CBT and EMDR therapy, but utilize integrative therapeutic modalities. Work also includes helping clients improve communication skills and developing assertiveness skills.

I am a Bi-lingual therapist and am able to provide counseling in both English and Spanish. Se puede proveer terapia en Espanol. I provide counseling to adults of any gender, religion, or sexual preference. Sliding scale fees available.
