I've worked with a wide array of clients including teenagers, adults, as well as couples. I have extensive experience working with men of all ages, struggling with men's issues. I can help people struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, family issues, relationship issues, work distress, and other issues you may be struggling with.
I have worked with all types of clients, though tend to work more with men, and adults in general. I offer mostly CBT and DBT types of therapy, all of which come down to a Solution Focused approach. My goal is to help you move from where you're struggling to where you want to be.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in business consulting, giving me the experience and insight to better understand the business world and some of the stressors it creates. I've found this helps with some clients.
