Are you connecting with your baby as you'd hoped? Do you feel isolated and overwhelmed by your new responsibilities? This group is designed to help through the sharing of practical and emotional concerns of mothers who have similar feelings of loss, worry, sadness, confusion and fear. It is structured to help replace post-partum concerns with confidence and a healthy, realistic perspective. Time limited 8 weeks.

We will explore ways to foster positive behavior and gain compliance with practical approaches that protect a child's self-esteem, foster problem-solving, anger managment and social skills and protect the parent-child relationship.
