It is hard to trust people and show up as your true self, and your relationships feel overwhelming. Like you’ll make a mistake and lose it all or get too close for people to see the real you. Anxiety prevails in your day to day life, telling you that you have to do things perfectly or else people will find out that you don't actually have it all together.
Self-doubt has been embedded in you through past experiences, maybe even trauma or neglect in your family growing up - it makes you believe that you are somehow defective beyond repair. You have done so much throughout the years to keep yourself protected from pain, however, you always have wanted more for yourself.
You feel drawn to the version of you that is happy and satisfied, has healthy relationships, and a solid sense of who they are and what they want.
