Art Therapy has been shown to help manage stress, heal from illness or injury, improve quality of life, increase cognitive flexibility and problem solving, and improve emotional well-being. But that's not why people call me, it's nothing so complicated. Often people who seek therapy are just tired of feeling bad. You can feel so much better, and I'd like to help you.
I have 30 minute, $50 inquiry sessions available to meet and see if we're a good fit. We can discuss what you would like in therapy, what to expect in session, insurance, payment options, and scheduling. My goal is to help you be an informed and comfortable consumer.
The Center for Mindful Living is a uniquely peaceful space that nurtures creativity and personal expression. Nestled in the heart of Dundee, we specialize in psychotherapy and the creative arts. I look forward to our return to this space as the pandemic ends and we can see each other in person again.
