Anxiety is my passion. I, too, have been there and understand. I have provided therapy for adults and adolescents in a variety of settings for over 20 years as a Licenced Professional Counselor, each person is unique, and I will work with you to meet your needs by helping you grow through the use of research-based treatment modalities. Specializing in anxiety and trauma issues, I know therapy is not a relationship to enter into lightly. It is an investment of time and effort where you allow yourself to transform your opportunities.

Helping you to reach and obtain your goals is possible through the tried and true evidenced based models of Hypnotherapy, CBT and Brainspotting. Using these integrative mental health treatments, I provide therapy for the mind, body, and spirit allowing you to move and grow in the direction of your choosing.
