I work with couples and individuals looking at issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
Emotionally Focused Therapy is designed to create healing experiences and a sense of safety from which trust and connection develop. We work together to find underlying emotions and needs, unravel why they get stuck during conflict, and enable them to work together again. Concerns for the relationship may include past trauma, a betrayal, parenting, and sex.
