I specialize in helping people heal from narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships. I also help parents adjust their parenting techniques to the unique needs of their child(ren) or situation. This includes adjusting to conflict in the home, divorce, and issues surrounding gender and sexual diversity. Additionally, I work with adults and youth experiencing personal adjustment based on sexual and gender diversity. In addition to individual appointments, my practice offers psychoeducation programs for learning skills to live life with intention rather than reacting to it.
I strive to empower others to move forward from stagnant, unfulfilling, and/or difficult circumstances in an emotionally safe space for all clients by incorporating awareness of social justice issues and cultural humility. I believe that undesired behaviors were, at one time, functional and help you adjust them to fit your present life and goals.
Overall, my practice is focused on understanding and supporting people and families with unique needs not understood by all practitioners and rarely understood by friends and family. If you feel isolated because others do not or cannot understand, please reach out. You are not alone.
