I've fought those battles in my own life and I know how easily they can leave you feeling hopeless, stuck, and resigned to destructive patterns. Together, we'll tackle the lies that life's traumatic moments have used to shape your story. We'll dig through the depression and reclaim your identity. We'll stand together against the anxiety and craft a plan for forward motion. Most importantly, we'll find hope that the change you need is possible.
While I welcome and embrace anyone hungry for change on my couch, my heart aches for moms struggling to find their footing with their ever changing role, women in their 20-40's who have never had an encouraging mentor in their life, couples exhausted from repetitive attempts to be understood, and the LGBTQ+ community.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the help you need.
