What can I do to help? I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Anger, PTSD, Emotional, and Relationship issues. I work with individuals and couples. I would love the opportunity to work with you to help you heal. If you are dealing with relationship issues, I can work with one or both of you to get positive results. We will work together to find ways to empower you to resolve your issues.
I bring formal education and life experiences to assist you. I have a Master's in Psychology and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. I am a 30-year Army veteran with 15 years of experience serving students at a university in Lacey, WA. I moved my practice in 2022 to Puyallup, WA, now accepting new in-person and virtual clients.
Our first appointment together is for 50 minutes. We start with 30 minutes to see if we are a good fit. If not, we part at no cost. If we are, we continue the session, and you pay at the end: cash, check, card, Aetna, Premera, or TriWest. I look forward to working with you.
