I work with women experiencing stress, anxiety, body image issues, low self-esteem, issues with boundaries, relationship issues, and symptoms of depression. I acknowledge these moments are mind consuming and call for verbal processing and skill building. I meet each client where they are in their process and support them as they connect with their most authentic self.

I somatically speak to the mind/body connection, utilize inner child work, and integrate mindfulness based practices. I have empowered many clients to go below the surface and get to the root of their issues to heal from experiences that left them wounded.

During our work together, you will be heard, therapeutically challenged, and supported. I tend to engage in longer-term work with my clients with the intention of sustained change that lasts well beyond initial treatment.
