My theoretic orientation is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. However, I am educated in and use techniques from Transactional Analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman, and others. I work with adults. I have experience doing therapy with individuals, couples, and groups, in person and via telehealth.
My goal to provide individualized treatment to each and every client. In that way, we can work together, in collaboration, to empower you to realize your potential and help you become your best, healthiest, and most satisfying self.
