Breathwork is an intentional way to breath that allows the body to soften, relax and let go of stress. Studies have shown that Breathwork has positive effects when practiced individually and also for those participating in a group Breathwork session. Participants note feeling more energized and better able to focus. In addition, studies have shown that Breathwork has the ability to calm the nervous system, enhance mindfulness and regulate emotions.
