DBT Groups are suspended due to Corona Virus

Currently Suspended at least through December of 2020: I run a 12 week basic introduction to DBT group for individuals who struggle with overwhelming emotions or person's who wish to learn to cope better with a variety of circumstances. All persons interested in joining the DBT group must go through a face to face clinical interview before being accepted into the group.
