I have done trauma focused clinical work with survivors of sexual assault & have worked in intensive outpatient settings treating substance use & affective disorders. I also utilize several therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, DBT related skills & am EMDR trained.

I seek to create a safe, supportive, & enjoyable therapy experience enabling you to not only cope with life, but begin to gain new insights allowing you to thrive. My therapeutic style is warm, yet challenging, honest, but kind. Healing begins with an "Inner Shift", let's work together.
