I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and somatic psychology into treatment for severe anxiety and trauma. Through EMDR, we’re able to access your brain and nervous system in a way that changes the neurological response to your trauma, and release the physical, emotional and physiological hold it has on you.
Trauma can cause our lives to freeze over, like we’re trapped in cold barren earth. This work can be the thawing you long for. It’s such an honor to witness my clients’ blooming - coming into their own space, standing up straight and tall in their own skin, and reclaiming the life and possibility that is already inside them.
