For more than 30 years I have attempted to provide, through a collaborative dialogue services that will improve each clients quality of life.
I have been trained extensively in Structural Family Therapy, Systems Theory and trauma resolution. Currently I work with teens and adults who have experienced trauma as well as depression, anxiety, grief and addictions. I also enjoy working with couples to enhance communication skills in order to create more meaningful relationships.
I believe as we go through life we all encounter times when we feel stuck and confused. I hope that my years of training and my own personal experience facing challenges will enable me to help you develop new insights that will create the change you are looking for.
