Adult Social Group
In this warm and supportive therapeutic environment with a social skill specialist, adults ages 18 and up, who experience difficulty making friendships and maintaining relationships can find new ways to make connections. Social relationships are tricky for many people; finding the right connections and not feeling alone and isolated is often difficult. Here we have a supportive environment where discussion can take place about the social challenges people are experiencing. This group will meet once a week, with a minor participation fee. Open enrollment.

Teen Groups
Our teen group is aimed at improving social skill deficits, decrease shyness and anxiety. Our therapist, are seasoned in a variety of group therapy treatments, and use a variety of treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Our therapists easily connect with teens and are warm and caring, making this group very relaxed. This group is aimed at improving self-esteem and confidence in teens and their interpersonal relationships. We work at decreasing self-consciousness and improve all interpersonal dynamics, from peer relations to family relations. We provide refreshments, making this a truly social group.

Children's Social Skills Group
Some children struggle with making friends. This often is a lack of understanding pragmatic cues and reciprocal verbal and non verbal communication. Our therapists use art, music, play and narrative therapies to help children with social understanding.
