Throughout life, we experience many transitions which can bring grief, uncertainty, and emotional reactions that are difficult to manage while keeping up with our daily lives. These include death/loss, pregnancy/post-partum, relocation, marriage, divorce or separation, parenting challenges, occupational stressors, empty nest, and other transitions.
I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years helping adults, adolescents, and children.
