Are you in a neurodiverse relationship or exploring the possibility that you or your partner may be on the autism spectrum? When you and your partner are wired differently, it can be easy to misunderstand each other and to feel disconnected from one another. Unintended hurts can accumulate over time, causing feelings of resentment and hopelessness. Attempts to create change in your relationship start with good intentions and earnest promises, but then too often the same challenges pop right back up. While your differences may be part of what you most love about one another, at times it can feel impossible to find common ground.

As a Certified Neurodiverse Couples Therapist, I specialize in helping couples bridge neurological differences in ways that expand love and connection. With education, dialogue, personalized strategies, and mutual compassion we can work together to help you build an intentionally co-created relationship that is authentic, meaningful, and satisfying.

February 10-12, 2023. "Your Relationship Roadmap" is psychoeducational workshop that brings neurodiverse couples together for education, conversation, and hands-on problem-solving. We engage in learning together in a number of different ways, including presentations, group discussions, guided couples dialogues (private/off camera), and individual reflection worksheets. $500 per couple, $100 discount before January 30th. Come together with other spouses and partners of adults on the autism spectrum to learn how self-compassion and autism-compassion can help you experience greater peace within yourself and increased connection with your partner.
