Many problems stem from trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and early attachment injuries. We have learned that rehashing old memories in length is usually not as helpful or efficient as trauma informed treatments which provide corrective messages and the needed resources to help access ones inherent ability to heal and shift toward well being.
