I begin by building a safe and trusting relationship, which is the cornerstone to effective therapy. I get to know you as a person. Helping identify problems, changes you desire to make, skills to help you reach your goals and to manage your life and improve your mental and emotional health.

My focus is on trauma and PTSD. I also treat anxiety disorders like Generalized Anxiety and Panic attacks. I also have experience working with various issues such as, depression, ADHD, conflicts in relationships, life changes, communication skills, among others.
