As an EMDR trained therapist, I help individuals heal and grow and thrive - and am honored to take part in others’ journeys toward healing, clarity, and peace.
I love working with expectant mothers, or those you are in need of postpartum support. I also work with parents who are struggling with their children’s behavior - to better understand the needs driving those behaviors and learn to apply positive parenting practices.
I often use EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, as well as other modalities to assist individuals with processing and overcoming the negative effects of their past traumatic experiences.
