Women often internalize disempowering messages learned from childhood. Consequently, we learn to believe that we are inadequate or incapable of realizing our potential. We doubt ourselves, our worth & are crippled in thinking, feeling, & expressing ourselves with authenticity. In a safe & supportive environment, women can : ~discover how their inner beliefs translate into behavior & relationships in the outer world ~examine their style of relating to self & others & explore new ways of relating to others& showing-up ~deepen their relationship with themselves & others ~ work through issues of life transistions, depression, anxiety, parenting, relationships, & grief
