Kelsea's clients are striving to feel more in touch with their authentic sense of self by coming to a better balance of internal versus external validation.
I'm accepting online clients only, in the states of MT, ID, TX and WA. I utilize a person-centered, internal family systems, trauma-informed perspectives and utilize DBT skills.
