My areas of specialty are Borderline Personality Disorder, manipulative relationships, and Anxiety related disorders.
In my practice, I use a medley of integrative approaches that are unique to each client’s situation, since one method does not fit all. My main focuses are Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I use a strengths-based approach to boost self-esteem and confidence, while also conveying empathy and understanding.
I am a fully licensed counselor- I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University as well as a B.S. in Psychology.
