Mood Disorder Support Group

Welcome to the Transitions Counseling Mood Disorders Support Group! This group is designed to offer ongoing support for adult clients struggling with Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorders and Anxiety disorders. The group will focus on providing healthy coping strategies for those in need of continued support and guidance for coping with mood disorders. Groups will be led by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in the usage of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation and Solution Focused therapies.
