I am in the process of determining if there is a need to create a safe and confidential space for women who identify themselves as being of color. As women of color, we face unique challenges navigating spaces in Maine. It’s essential to find support. This group would encourage: Healing. Sharing experiences related to stress, resilience, identity, racism, family, relationships. Validating your concerns in an affirming atmosphere of sisterhood. Connecting as we challenge our isolation. A greater sense of awareness and clarity within ourselves. Let me know your thoughts and if you or others you know are interested in joining this sisterhood.
