I have experience working with anxiety, OCD, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and PTSD. I pull strategies from the following approaches, based on individual needs: Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Behavioral Activation, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Prolonged Exposure, and incorporate mindfulness practices throughout.
