Learn the healing process of Yoga Nidra - a transformative practice of deep relaxation. Learn the steps to deeply relax your mind and body through mindful awareness. IRest Yoga Nidra programs are taught as a guided meditation. Students sit comfortably during the practice. Through instruction, homework and practice, you will learn to calmly rotate your attention through thoughts, sensations and feelings. NIDRA MEDITATION releases negative emotions and thought pattens and calms the nervous system. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Call Dr. Gatti. Cost will be billed through your insurance.
