I am Solution-Focused, EMDR trained, Queer, Feminist, and passionate about Critical Race Theory and systemic injustice. My clients struggle with internal shame and boundary setting that often gets in the way of them achieving their goals. I focus first on practical solutions, while analyzing my clients for patterns and traumas that are keeping them stuck.
