I am a licensed professional counselor with a masters in counseling psychology. I have been working with individuals of all ages for 25 years. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and live a life of meaning and purpose. I will spend time listening to you and will learn what is important to you. I will work with you to help you create the life that you want to live. You will learn how the relationships and choices you make influence your ability to live a life that fulfills you. We will create a trusting, authentic working relationship that will allow you to discuss all of the factors holding you back.
I believe that there are many factors influencing peoples mental health. We will address barriers that are interfering with your ability to achieve your goals. You will learn the tools to create meaningful and supportive relationships. We will identify negative messages you have received over the years and how that influences your self esteem.
