I can help you feel more confident and peaceful about your decisions as well as helping you decrease your daily anxiety by using a mindfulness-based approach in combination with EMDR as well as an eclectic mix of other therapeutic techniques. If you're a new mom, I can help with this overwhelming transition.
I will work closely with you to overcome trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as to navigate your relationships, gracefully handle life transitions, embrace balanced parenthood, have healthier boundaries, and heal from past trauma. Nurturing Self-Compassion is the combined practice of mindfulness and self-compassion to foster emotional healing, resiliency, and growth.
