The goal for all of my clients is to improve their overall mental health and for them to gain personal growth as a result of their counseling experience. It takes bravery, commitment and mutual rapport between the client and the therapist for this journey to be successful. I provide a non-judgemental, comfortable atmosphere for all of my clients so their voices can be heard.
I have over 20 years of experience working with children and families in the field of counseling. I am trained in play therapy and use a variety of cognitive behavioral strategies based on the clients age and needs. I have prior experience working with clients ages 4 to adult.
I am open to speaking with all potential clients over the phone to explain my experience as a counselor and to ensure that the potential client feels comfortable and has faith that this could be a rewarding experience. The most important person in this journey is the client.
