I specialize in working with maternal mental health issues and family problems. I have great experience with moms, families of children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and family relationships. The 'right treatment' is not the same for everyone and I work to understand and integrate the physical and mental health factors that impact your situation. I am not pretentious or judgmental. I am practical and personable. My success comes from my understanding and willingness to treat what you need first, and utilize all the expertise available to help you and your family function the way you want.
I have extensive experience in working with people from the age of 3 to adulthood and specialize in maternal mental health and parenting issues. Because I have experience with such a wide age range, I can help with issues that may arise even before you become a parent, and extend to the birth, post-partum, and issues with family members, old and young.
I understand that if you could fix whatever problem you are facing, you would have done it already, but some things are too complex to fix on your own.
