My specialties are working with individuals and couples who are experiencing relational challenges that may lead to overwhelming anxiety, grief, and at times depression. I practice from two primary modalities (EFT an AEDP) that help my clients better understand their emotional worlds, process trauma and shift out of long term conflict patterns.
I like to speak with potential clients on the phone for at least 15-20 minutes so I can get a better sense of what they are looking for in a therapist, and to answer any questions; after a brief phone consultation, I believe you will be able to get a strong sense of my personality and clinical style.
