Therapy with me includes fun, creative, bonding, and restorative moments; where everyone can feel welcome, seen, safe, and accepted. My goal is to help create deeply connected and supportive experiences where my clients can heal, grow, and create the life and the relationships that they've always wanted.
I offer various types of therapy for couples, families, and individuals. I have advanced training in Play Therapy, EMDR, EFT, Theraplay, Mindfulness, Guided Imagery, and Sandtray Therapy. My approach is experiential, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. I focus on creating supportive experiences that rewire the brain for connection and well-being.
