I provide counseling services for families and individuals of all ages, from very young children to teens and adults. I have experience helping children, adolescents, adults and families cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, divorce, grief, and social challenges.

As a Registered Play Therapist, I primarily use a play therapy approach, which fosters a strong therapeutic relationship and provides unique ways for clients to process their emotions. Play therapy is critical in providing the tools young children need to process their emotions.

I have been trained in Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, which allows me to use play therapy techniques to help parents strengthen their relationships with their children. I also have a certification in AutPlay, which is very effective in helping children on the autism spectrum.
