Unique animal-assisted psychotherapy ($140-245) age 5-50. Specializing in anxiety, ADHD & Autism through fun therapies. I use several experiential techniques including equine-assisted therapy, yoga, somatic experiencing, hypnosis, art therapy, Bemer therapy, sensory therapy & dog-assisted therapy along with IFS-informed equine parts work. Jacqui treats anxiety, autism & sensory issues in children/young adults. Animals are effective when used in therapy which is why either a dog/horse will be in the session. Jacqui started out her career as a member of the board of directors for a therapeutic riding program for children with special needs in North Carolina. She went on to become a special needs para-educator for a specific autism program in which she helped design for public schools. She involves the parents regularly to ensure success.

Horse therapy teen group
Social skills and ways to manage anxiety for teens 14-20 (high schoolers only). Summer groups include the pool and run a bit longer. All groups include outings in the community.

Horse therapy tween group
Ages 9-13 anxiety, ADHD and social skills training group with the assistance of the horses. These typically run Sept-Nov and then January-May on Friday evenings. Summer sessions may vary and include the pool for sensory therapy.

Summer Teen & Tween Groups
Extended weekly sensory groups will be held in the summer to include swimming, horses and outdoor therapy to help clients progress through their anxiety and sensory deficits. Making therapy fun in a priority so most of these groups fill up by March/April. Groups include outings in the community every quarter.
