Here you will learn and practice evidence-based strategies that you can use in your everyday life, whether you are looking to reduce and manage anxiety, treat insomnia, or deal with pregnancy or postpartum concerns such as postpartum depression, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive disorder. Typically, this involves CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) where we focus on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will give you gentle but honest feedback when I think it will be helpful.

At the same time, I believe in the healing properties of connecting and the simple but curious power of being listened to, so there is always space in therapy for unstructured discourse. I believe sharing experiences & stories can be powerful healing, so when appropriate, I don't shy away from talking about similar thoughts & feelings I have experienced.
