I approach the therapy process from a humanistic, integrative systems perspective where I assist clients to lean into authenticity. I have a non-directive, casual approach to therapy. I work with a diverse array of adult clients (18+) from all walks of life, ethnicities, faiths/religions, races, sexual orientations, and ideologies. ALL are welcome!

Overall, family of origin, family systems, attachment, and values are the main tenants through a strength-based lens. Bibliotherapy is often used to accelerate healing and growth (and it's also fun)!
