Where I've Been...And Where I'm Going

This group allows participants to explore past patterns of thought, decision making, choices, expectations, relationships, etc.... And then develop short term and long term goals, plans for pursuing those goals, and also plans for meeting barriers that may arise. Participants gain support and insight from peers as well as therapeutic guidance from the clinician.
