My ideal client is searching for a therapist that will partner with them to work on their goals for therapy. They have been misunderstood by others when working to explain what they are going through. I see therapy as a great opportunity for growth and healing. Having gone through therapy myself I know that counseling is something that can be beneficial and deeply personal. My specialties include individuals and relationships impacted by religious, military, and addiction traumas/topics. I am trained in EMDR and use this to assist my client's healing. As a Gottman Level III trained couples therapist I work to enhance my client's relationships. As a STAR behavioral health provider, I am skilled in working with military topics.

I seek to connect with my clients and build a good working relationship as I believe this is at the root of every successful therapeutic relationship. I work from a collaborative and client centered approach. I have been trained in EMDR and enjoy working with trauma as I believe there is hope in that work.
