I am an outpatient provider in North Carolina, specializing in treating eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, high achievers, mood disorders, & life transitions. I have worked with eating disorders on all levels of care (inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient). I am trained in DBT and often integrate CBT and ACT modalities.
I first and foremost believe that you are the expert of your own life and experiences. I strive to create a space where everyone feels their perspective is respected and valued and can feel at ease knowing there is no judgment. This is a LBGTQ affirming and judgment free zone. I also operate from a health at every size perspective.
