Welcome! I would like to guide you on a journey that calms your mind and increases your sense of peace. These thoughts and feelings are often defenses from the past that are no longer serving you. The goal of therapy is to understand the parts of you that are hurt and hidden from view. Therapy will enable you to feel freer to pursue the life you want. I specialize in treating people who are suffering from anxiety and depression, relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, domestic violence and sexual assault.
I can help you to decrease suffering by teaching you effective coping and emotional regulation skills to increase your stability and sense of calm. We will process hurt and vulnerable parts of yourself that need to be heard and loved. This work will transform the energy of old patterns and open you up to feelings of acceptance and confidence. T
