We'll explore your core beliefs, improve communication, boost your self-compassion, figure out what's holding you back, and brainstorm strategies.

My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. With my entertainment industry background, I understand the struggles of those who choose a creative career: rejection, performance anxiety, financial uncertainty, procrastination, loneliness, relationship issues. Sound familiar?
